We just had dinner at their amazing Aran restaurant and sometimes in Spain the service is a lottery. Well, Sara and Lidia (our waitresses) were SPECTACULAR. We felt right at home and had an amazing evening with my friends after a long skiing day. Thank you! Gracias Sara and Lidia
We spent a magical Christmas here. I cannot say enough good things about the ambiance, service, and overall charm of Hotel Val de Neu.
Excellent hotel, located right next to the cable-car to take you up the mountain. Proper 5 star luxury, cozy alpine-style interior, first-rate service and fantastic (if a little expensive) restaurants. The best hotel in Baqueira for location, gastronomy (the breakfast is outstanding) and overall service. Highly recommended.
Gave us free sweets in our room and free churros after skiing. The breakfast offered a wide range of foods including freshly made crepes and a chocolate fountain. Included in the price is a locker for your skis next to the ski lift and the ski hire shops work in coordination with the hotel to put your skis straight into the locker. (No hassle!). a brief confusion (sorted out very quickly!) about our room ended in a upgraded room and free valet parking. Extremely helpful staff for all kinds of requests- even extra spoons for a mini picnic in our room!
