One of the diners said "If could, I would give you a Michelin star" Javier, the owner, will tell you which products are the best for lunch or dinner, both fish and meat are awesome. If you have been several days in the zone, maybe you prefer fish. The desserts are all homemade and the food "straightforward", with no decoration or unnecessary dressings. It is a must in Aran Valley (Arties) Note: exists two Eth Triton, one grill and another one brasserie. This review refers to grill.
Great atmosphere, friendly staff, good quality of food
Came here as a “guiri” with Spanish friends of mine. Had a fantastic dinner with excellent wine. Very well-prepared dishes (I shared the “cabrito” which was excellent). Definitely a recommendation when in Vielha. 9/10.
