Amazing hotel. Exceeded all expectations. Location is the best, just 200m from the lift to go up to the piste. Free locker to keep the skies and dry the shoes. Complimentary marshmallows roastering and mulled wine every evening. Service of the hotel for a guided tour in the ski area. Staff and food are excellent. We will definitely be back!
My family stayed at this resort at the end of March and we had a fantastic experience. The resort is clean and very well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. My kids absolutely loved the playroom and visited it every day after skiing. The gondola is just a minute away from the resort, which made everything super convenient. I have nothing but good things to say about this resort, we’ll definitely be coming back!
The staff of the hotel are so nice and welcoming. They made us feel very special each day. Upon arrival we were greeted with champagne and my kids all got little treats. When we left they gave them each individual boxes with water and snacks in it. So kind and thoughtful! My only complaint is the restaurants in the hotel are very expensive, mediocre food, and the staff working there are very unwelcoming and rude as others have mentioned in the reviews. We will definitely be back here again! The proximity to the ski lift is so nice and the ability to rent skis and just put it on your room number is really amazing. Rooms are nice and updated and comfortable. Love the bathtub Jacuzzi!
